This year's Poker Ride promises to be even more impressive and will take you along spectacular Okanagan mountainsides and through stunning forests. If you had fun last year with us in Peachland, prepare to be impressed because the Vernon ATV Club worked on many amazing new trails that will delight the novice to the intermediate ATV rider.
Come out and enjoy what the Okanagan has to share! Lots of fun and prizes!
*** NOTE RE: CAMPING & PARKING AREA ***
The sort yard we are using for the camping and parking area for the poker ride was once used as a recycling site. We have picked up all the small pieces of glass and metal that we can but there may be more mixed into the soil. We have driven around this site several weekends with trucks, trailers and quads and no one has had a flat tire yet.
What's the weather like in Vernon at this time of year?
Last year the daytime high on October 17 was 12.7 °C and the low was 5.8 °C, the daytime high on October 18 was 15.6 °C and the low was 3.8 °C.
