The Project was to establish a off loading site on the West Harrison FSR approximately 3KM past the Weaver Creek Fish Hatchery. The gravel road from the Hatchery parking lot to Weaver Lake Rec Site turn off is considered PUBLIC ROADWAY and you can be ticketed by the RCMP for various offences such as no insurance, speeding [40 KPH speed limit] and riding on a public road.
The Committee has been given the Grace Lake recreation site to use, and the contractors are nearing completion. Grace Lake site has been cleared with three levels for day use parking and off loading of ATVs. A site further up West Harrison FSR at Wolf Creek [the 3.3 KM mark] is also available for off loading.

The SWATT Committee or South Western All Terrain Trail Committee is made up of the three local ATV Clubs, Explorers, Valley Trail Riders and Lower Mainland ATV Club. Each Club has two representatives with the combined objective to establish safe off loading sites and trails with funding and help from ATVBC and the Provincial Government as well as the gov't of canada.
