This year’s Poker Ride promises to be even more impressive and will take you along spectacular Okanagan mountainsides and through stunning forests. If you had fun last year with us in Peachland, prepare to be impressed because the Vernon ATV Club worked on many amazing new trails that will delight the novice to the intermediate ATV rider.
Come out and enjoy what the Okanagan has to share! Lots of fun and prizes!
*** NOTE RE: CAMPING & PARKING AREA ***
The sort yard we are using for the camping and parking area for the poker ride was once used as a recycling site. We have picked up all the small pieces of glass and metal that we can but there may be more mixed into the soil. We have driven around this site several weekends with trucks, trailers and quads and no one has had a flat tire yet.
What’s the weather like in Vernon at this time of year?
Last year the daytime high on October 17 was 12.7 °C and the low was 5.8 °C, the daytime high on October 18 was 15.6 °C and the low was 3.8 °C.

Thanks to the Vernon ATV Club and all the volunteers for putting on a great event. The trail was great with lots of variety to challenge everyone.
The food at the end of the day was great-and lots of it.
Good work Dennis for signing up the new members at the Vernon Snow Show.
As always the Amsoil girls were great at the Snow Show.
One of the major winners at the Poker Ride was one of the people that Dennis signed up as a new Club member on the Saturday-nice way to start out as a Club member.
Again thanks for all the work everyone did to make this another great ATV event.
